Permit Coordinator Mã số công việc:Mô tả Công việc:The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Main accountabilities:
• Controlling the issue of permits and certificates.
• Continually updating the “Safety Plan” board to reflect the current status of work activities covered by the Work Control System (WCS).
• Controlling the return of permits and certificates at the end of each shift
• Providing WCS training, assessing Performing Authority (PA).
• Reviewing and revising WCS.
Work Tasks:
• Pro-active in ensuring a culture of no accidents
• Control all work control certificates and maintain work control system registers
• Perform daily site visits associated with issue, re-issue, and close work permits and certificates.
• Control and issue portable gas detectors.
• Ensure that all gas detectors are in working order. Maintain, calibrate and cartridge changes as required.
• Perform periodic audits of the work control system implementation to make sure the standards of work control system are well maintained
• Attend daily work control meeting
• Provide initial and refresher WCS training and assessment
• Participate in area inspections
• Assist and help coach safety audits aimed at safety behavior change
• Assist in incident investigation as required
• Support Shift Supervisors to meet HSE performance targets
• Assist in audits to check compliance with GHSER
• Help ensure appropriate HSE lessons learnt from other operations are applied.

• Good Interpersonal skills: Pleasant, careful, honest, dynamic and good prioritization and communication skills.
• Good team work behaviors, ability to work to targets to ensure safety and process efficiency and experience in continuous process environment
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
• English language skills: intermediate level
Technical competencies:
Have basic understanding and experience with some of the followings fields:
• Have knowledge of Oil & Gas process and technical background.
• Good awareness and behavior of health, safety and environment in Oil & Gas industry.

Other Relevant Information:
• Good co-operation and communication within the Maintenance Team and with the Shift Team are essential.
• Establish and maintain contact with suppliers of major equipment.
• Have a basic understanding of the significant environmental impacts from NCSP Operations together with an appropriate knowledge of the environmental management system, policy and procedures.
• Responsible for correctly disposing of all waste they generate and for ensuring waste is correctly identified, segregated and contained. Yêu Cầu Công Việc:Qualifications And Experience

2. Experience: Two-year working experience in oil and gas industry. Having experience of working in a similar position or system will be an advantage
