Bộ sách này cực kỳ quý luôn.

Ở trên thư viện trường mình cũng có 2 bộ. 1 bộ bằng tiếng Đức, 1 bộ bằng tiếng anh,

Hè năm ngoái mình học môn chế biến dầu, toàn cày theo bộ sách này.

Những phần khác thì không rõ lắm vì chưa có thời gian đọc, nhưng mà ở phần chế biến dầu thì bản tiếng Đức viết nhiều và phong phú hơn.

PS: Sao sau gi giải nén thì file PDF của mình chỉ có 380MB thôi nhỉ? Sao chủ thớt ghi là 420 MB mà ?!
