Hôm qua mình nói về phần flanges, nó tuy là nhỏ bé đơn giản nhưng không có 1 bồn chứa nào mà không dùng đến nó. Đây là hình dáng cơ bản về các loại flanges mọi người cùng tham khảo.
Chúng ta chú ý 1 điều về hình dáng của SLIP-ON và SCREWD cả 2 giống nhau, nhưng với Screwed thì bên trong có ren.
Như bài trước mình có nói, về tiêu chuẩn ANSI có các loại như : Flanges 150LB,300LB,400LB,600LB,900LB,1500LB,2500LB.
Tiêu chuẩn Nhật : JIS 5Kg/cm2, JIS 10Kg/cm2, JIS 16Kg/cm2, JIS 20Kg/cm2
Tiêu chuẩn Đức: DIN2631, DIN2631, DIN2633, DIN2634, DIN 2635, DIN2636.
Sơ lược về tiêu chuẩn Đức:
DIN FLANGES DIN2631:
WELDING NECK FLANGES:
1.1/ Nominal Pressure 6: the flanges with the dimensions of this standard and made of St.37-2 material can be used at maximum 120 degree C temperature with up to 6kg/cm2 of working pressure.
At higher temparature of 120 degree to 300 degree, it should be taken into consideration that the material yield point becomes low.
DIN FLANGES DIN2632:
WELDING NECK FLANGES:
1.1/ Nominal Pressure 10: the flanges with the dimensions of this standard and made of St.37-2 material can be used at maximum 120 degree C temperature with up to 10kg/cm2 of working pressure.
At higher temparature of 120 degree to 300 degree, it should be taken into consideration that the material yield point becomes low.
DIN FLANGES DIN2633:
WELDING NECK FLANGES:
1.1/ Nominal Pressure 16: the flanges with the dimensions of this standard and made of St.37-2 material can be used at maximum 120 degree C temperature with up to 16kg/cm2 of working pressure.
At higher temparature of 120 degree to 300 degree, it should be taken into consideration that the material yield point becomes low.
DIN FLANGES DIN2634:
WELDING NECK FLANGES:
1.1/ Nominal Pressure 25: the flanges with the dimensions of this standard and made of St.37-2 material can be used at maximum 120 degree C temperature with up to 25kg/cm2 of working pressure.
At higher temparature of 120 degree to 300 degree, it should be taken into consideration that the material yield point becomes low.
DIN FLANGES DIN2635:
WELDING NECK FLANGES:
1.1/ Nominal Pressure 40: the flanges with the dimensions of this standard and made of St.37-2 material can be used at maximum 120 degree C temperature with up to 40kg/cm2 of working pressure.
At higher temparature of 120 degree to 300 degree, it should be taken into consideration that the material yield point becomes low.
DIN FLANGES DIN2632:
WELDING NECK FLANGES:
1.1/ Nominal Pressure 64: the flanges with the dimensions of this standard and made of St.37-2 material can be used at maximum 120 degree C temperature with up to 64kg/cm2 of working pressure.
