về heavy residue gasification thì tớ ko có biết gì, nhưng về công nghệ gasification than đá thì biết.

Riêng về mảng gasification than đá thì nước Đức đi đầu, và một trong những hãng nổi tiếng về cái này là LURGI.

-Gasification là quá trình phản ứng giữa các hợp chất hữu cơ với O2, không khí, hơi nước, hoặc là hỗn hợp (không khí + hơi nước) ở nhiệt độ cao (800-900 độ C), kết quả chúng ta thu được gas fuels và CO2.

-nguyên liệu cho gasification có thể là bất kỳ chất đốt rắn nào (than đá, coke, rác thải) cho tới biomass, liquid hydrocarbon (dầu nặng, cặn dầu)

-Mục đích: Gasification dùng để sản xuất H2, gas fuels, gas cho các quá trình chemical synthesis, hoặc dùng để nâng cấp các khoáng hữu cơ hoặc sản phẩm của nó ko đạt chất lượng (coking ability cao, nhiều lưu huỳnh)

Những phản ứng chính của gasification như sau:

С + О2 ---> СО2;

2С +О2 ----> 2СО;

С + Н2О ----> СО +Н2;

С + 2Н2О ----> СО2 + 2Н2;

С + СО2 ----> 2 СО;

С + 2 Н2 ----> СН4;

2 СО + О2 ---> 2 СО;

2 Н2 + О2 ----> 2 Н2О;

СН4 + 2 О2 ----> СО2 + Н2О;

СО + Н2О ----> СО2 + Н2;

СО + 3 Н2 ----> СН4 + Н2О;

2 СО + 2 Н2 ---> СН4 + СО2.

tớ nghe phong phanh là Việt Nam mình sắp xây dựng gasification ở đâu đó, Quãng Ninh àh?

Cái này phải hỏi mấy thầy giáo chuyên phụ trách môn Công nghệ chế biến nhiêne liệu rắn và Hóa học than như thầy hào, thầy Thọ. Thầy Thọ năm nay giao đồ án môn học chuyên về khí hóa đấy, thậm chí cả quá trình sản xuất điện từ rác thải nữa.

Cái này mình cũng biết sơ sơ thôi. Nói nhỏ,nếu thầy Thắng biết thì bỏ qua cho em nhé, đợt làm đò án môn học vơí thowis, em làm về sản xuất cồn tuyệt đối. Bạn em làm về khí hoá. THấy nó loay hoay mãi mà không làm được gì, mà ngày bảo vệ DAMH sắp đến, thế là em nhảy vào làm giúp từ A đến Z. Làm xong mang nộp cho thầy THỌ, thầy nhìn 2 bản sơ đồ công nghệ, thầy gật đầu luôn. Hihi.

Bây giờ ra trường rồi, thầy THỌ mà biết cùng một đợt mà mình làm 2 cái đồ án môn học của thầy thì thầy cho mình trượt luôn mất.
