TPC Vina Plastic & Chemical Corporation Limited (TPC Vina) was found in 1995 as the first petrochemical company in Vietnam, producing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). TPC Vina is a joint venture among Vietnam National Chemical Corporation (VINACHEM), Vietnam Plastic Corporation (VINAPLAST) and Thai Plastic and Chemical Public Company Limited (TPC) of Thailand, which is the largest PVC resin producer in ASEAN with more than 40 years of experience.
PVC resin is the essential raw material for plastic processing industries that supply items used in construction (water supply pipe & hose, window & door frame, ceiling profile), electric power transmission (wire & cable insulation), customer products (artificial leather, bottle, cover sheet).
By using modern technology, TPC Vina has been continuously supplying PVC resin for Vietnam market and for neighboring countries since 1998. Our products and services have been proven by our loyal customers in term of it quality, consistency and reliability. The technology and new product developments with TPC of Thailand is accelerating the company’s advance to the top of Vietnam PVC plastic industry.

- Shift hand-over from previous shift and to next shift: done and remaining jobs, DCS and process troubles, current situation of production, DCS check sheet, etc...
- Operates DCS system such as batch entry, SEQ operation, alarm checking, control local equipment from DCS
- Follows up process condition from DCS and record operation parameter in DCS check sheet, report to FM if any abnormal or trouble - Solves process trouble from DCS
- Assists local operator to solve the trouble or do some urgent job at local if requested by FM
- Follows up progress of maintenance job, confirms after the job finish and report to FM - Follows up the sampling job of operator
- Supports day work from DCS to prepare sub material
- Keeps PPE in good condition and wears it properly during working at local - OT works as requested by FM or superiors
- Does 5S activities such as Plant cleaning, machine and equipment cleaning
- Responding to emergency cases in CCR, MCC or local such as power fail, IA fail, CW fail, LS fail, IW fail, DCS fail, fire, VCM leakage following emergency procedure - Supports other section in emergency case such as Cold storage fail, fire, VCM leakage, etc...
- Joins training course organized by ISBL section or company such as FF training, ISO, 5S, etc....
- Joins shift meeting, section meeting, safety meeting or the meeting organized by company
- Joins safety promotion or other activities organized by company
- Join to Emergency Response Team (ERT) following the Company's Emergency Response Plan.

*** Working place: Factory in Go Dau IZ, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province.
- Transportation is supported by the Company from HCMC to Factory and vice versa.
- Company accommodation is available if employee needed.
