Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) took a step in Vietnam with the signing of a Petroleum Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for the Block 11-2, Offshore Vietnam since 1992. At present, KNOC is actively involved in numerous projects in upstream oil and gas industry in Vietnam. KNOC Vietnam is now in stage of development of discovered gas field Rong Doi and Rong Doi Tay. Commencing end of 2006, gas from this field is transporting onshore through subsea Nam Con Son pipeline and supplying Vietnamese gas consumers for over 23 years.

Oil & Gas Experience & Skills:
- Any Experience at onshore or offshore O & G plan is preferred but not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Understand KNOC operation and maintenance procedure
- Responsible for data management
- Monitor system operation and healthy check
- Troubleshoot on error in built data ( to get support from IBM if required )
- Software revision monitoring and license management
- Customize screen and report
- Assist CMMS technician to build up work program
- Assist PR/PO and WR/WO uploading
- Modify or create new workflow
- CMMS server administration.
- Develop and manage CMMS management system to be a part of Operation Manual.
- Other works required to manage CMMS
Training for users
- Develop annual training matrix
- Training for new users ( onshore, offshore ) or refreshment training
- Issue bulletin to notify of any system changes
- Plan and conduct periodical audit for CMMS users.
Period of working : 12 months
Kỹ Năng:
Education:- IT or Software Engineer Degree
Personal Attributes:
- More than 3 years in CMMS (Maximo) building experience.
- A sound knowledge of various related software, with an understanding of data management, CMMS operation, administration of Maximo, inventory management and modification of workflow in system.
- A good command of English both verbal and written.
